Members ten56gibby
I'm trying to find a maple neck and fretboard with black block inlays and black binding. Simply because they're SO sexy and I want to put it on a Tele. A) where can I find one for a decent price ($100-$200)?B) what paint/binding combo would work best with that neck in mind? Right now I'm thinking black or blondish body, black pickguard.Input?
Members mdintx
I think you're gonna have to order one from Warmoth: http://www.warmoth.com/guitar/necks/necks.cfm?fuseaction=binding It will likely break your $200 limit.

Members phildogger
The reason it is so hard to find is that it belongs on a bass. Awesome on bass, not so much on a guitar.
Members Bog Chime
Yes it looks better on bass. For guitar you can't beat rosewood with pearloid blocks and binding, especially if it's on a Jazzmaster.
