Bigsby on my Xaviere

So i'm thinking of putting a bigsby on my xaviere xv-600 ( the semi hollow tele w/ p90's) I dont really know anything about them...which one will fit the xaviere, and will it even work on a semi hollow design??

you will need the Bigsby that bolts on to the top of the guitar (I think that's he b7 but am not sure). Should work assuming that there is a solid bock running down the center of the guitar.

Sure it'll work on a semi hollow, but you're going to have to replace the bridge, and there isn't a drop-in replacement.

B5, B50, or B500

I put one on mine, B5 style, had no issues with it. Installation was easy and it's held up fine. It's a solid block center, so no issues there.

 

And like has been said, I had to replace the bridge as well.

Which bridge did you use as a replacement?

I put a GFS Squier 51 bridge on it. Had to smooth the holes where the strings pulled through, but it's worked pretty well. A roller bridge would probably work better, but I had the Squier bridge sitting around.
