I have a friend that is in pretty bad health and his dream guitar is a Black Les Paul with all the binding, and uncovered pickups. From his description it sounds like the Les Paul Classic. He also wants a Slim Taper neck. I was trying to find one used that would be in good shape and get with some other of his friends to try and raise enough cash to buy him one. Want it to be a surprise for Christmas. I thought he said one he played had Burstbucker's in it, but I can' find one that has uncovered Burst Buckers. Any ideas?
