Dear All

A while ago I found here in a thread a very nice(more then 10 minutes) video about how to setup an Statocaster fully from strings to pickup heights to tussrod all in one video.A younger guy medium long hair in front of a grey background.

I dont save the link(shame on me) but now I ll need it

Can anybody recall what i mean

Thanks a lot

Roland

Was it on this site?

It was that site Jkater...it's just that the video doesn't seem to play now(?) for me anyway.

Here is the original thread when the vid played without 'signing up'...

...and a few beefs that some members aired about the particular methods in the set-up.

Quite a good site. some vids are free and most are not available unless one becomes a paying member (that's what I understand it to be). They probably change the free ones and cycle through them as demos.

I am from Europe and in the demanded video he explained also all measurements in for me strange measurements like 2/64 inches and so on.As his guitar(same like mine) sounds better I want to try to copy the setup 100 %

Any further help highly appreciated.I will laso have a look into this Truefire

Thnks and a happy new year
