                      I have yet had anyone challenge me and say that a Century C170 sounds anything near like a Dimebag Darrel tone. Long story short I bought a Century C170 back in 1991 thinking it's got to have a Pantera sound wrong... More like Bungle in the Jungle I was pissed. Finally gave it away to a kid at church and the first thing he did was plaster it with stickers I was pissed...

                            My Century 170 sounds just like VDOP....


                            Did you use it with a Metal Zone pedal to get that tone, cuz the amp itself didn't produce that kind of distortion on it's own trust me.

                              All 5 century 200IIs i have owned were the ****************.
                              They look like demonoid plexis and are really really flexible.
