Members Megakazbek
Looks like some arranger keyboard. Also, there is something like number "4" on the back panel. Maybe it's Yamaha Tyros 4?

Members wwwjd
wait. are you fricking kidding me? That floppy one must be a proto type from the 90's. what the heck would you want a floppy disc for? even the smallest, cheapest flash drives are way better than discs. where'd you dig that picture out from?? Members dan88z
Here's the new one- no floppy. as far as a glorified PSR, hardly, these things have technology that generally trickles down to the pro level boards at some point. Listen to some of the demos on here: http://usa.yamaha.com/products/musical-instruments/keyboards/arranger_workstations/tyros4/?mode=model

Members dan88z
Forget about the vocal crap, look at the SA voices that made it down into the Motif boards. The SA2 voices will be in the Motif line before too long.

Members Etienne Rambert
I have never heard more impressive-sounding orchestral patches on a ROMpler. Wow! Too bad it costs a fortune. [video=youtube;kOfGyREk61M] The gospel choir on this video is amazing. [video=youtube;d37lLsnhdC0]
Members keybdwizrd
I've never played one of these, but knowing what they can do, and based upon demos like this, I'd love to have one. For the emulation of "real" acoustic instruments, the Tyros 4 seems to sound better than any rompler I've ever heard.
Members Mediterranean
If the Kronos can emulate the acoustic instruments like the Tyros, it will worth every penny for that reason alone. But it doesn't.

The geek in me likes to know what they are up to technology wise as Yamaha does dump some new tech on these first at times, but yeah, I can never make it to the end of those demo's... No offence to the arranger peeps.. just not my thang...
