Phil O'Keefe
I just had a A&H Qu32 delivered to me to check out Sure looks like an interesting and well-featured beast! Have you guys heard about these mixers? Is anyone using a Qu-series board out there? If so, how do you like it?
Members onelife
I haven't seen one yet but I've read about them and I'm very interested. I have an old Yamaha analog mixer for live shows and I'm planning to incorporate a PreSonus AudioBox 1818VSL into my setup in order to get the iPad remote control feature but it will be clunky with all the additional hardware. The QU series seems to be a much better, less clunky solution that I could live with - plus it's a multi channel recording setup all on its own. I look forward to your review
Phil O'Keefe
Thanks you sir. I do think the onboard audio recorder is a great idea for a desk. It should simplify soundcheck as well as tracking the gig.
Members CME
While I haven't used the Qu series, I use an iLive system at church. It is a fantastic, great sounding board. The newer units they've released since the iLive have some very cool features I wish the iLive had. Especially for their price point. Can't wait to see what you think. FWIW we also use Dante Audiante to multi-track the services. Works brilliantly.
