Members noizyb
So I bought an M-Audio Key and Bass Rig Software Plug in. I don't have internet on my audio pc, so I follow the directions for registration "offline". I copy the link to an internet computer after inputting the serial number as instructed. On the online machine, it takes me to the right reg. page, acknowledging the software serial number. I click on the link it creates on thedesktop, and the file isn't associated with anything on the computer...I've tried it on three different machines.... what's up ? Anyone else have this problem ? Thanks for any input...there help site sucks.B
Gus Lozada
Have you tried to call them at their tech support office?BTW... is it "KEYS RIG" or "DRUMS & BASS RIG" ? The Certificate will only be recognized in the machine with the installed software.

Realizing that not all DAWS are online, they offer offline registration that allows you to write a disc from the registration page, and take it back to the DAW to complete registration. There should be the acknowledgement that the web machine would not have the software on it, thus the whole "offline" instructions ? BTW, it's Drums and Bass Rig.
