Members TimK
So I tried my hand at wiring my project guitar over the summer and bought 2 new mini-potentiometers for the tone knobs. I decided I wanted the guitar to coil tap, so I took it to a music store here and had them do it and set it up seeing as I'm not experienced in pushpull pots and truss rod adjustments. I just found that in the bag they included the "old" new mini-pots I had previously purchased. So I have two mini-pots, some solder and stuff left over and I want to try a new project. Maybe try my hand at pedals. Any ideas for me?
Members mrbrown49
Do you have a fuzz or boost pedal? They are generally fairly simple and fun build. Build it with some sockets and you can try out different caps and transitors to customize the tone.
Members TimK
I've got a big muff but I don't have a boost. What websites should I be looking at for parts? Housing wise, what do I need?
