Members Dew Knot Hump
I bought Pro Tools 8 Saturday, I registered in with Digidesign website and installed on a Mac G5 and a Digi Rack 002. When I launch PT it starts to load in the plug-ins and then a window pops up asking me to verify different plug ins (seems to be all Bomb Factory plugins) I don't have Bomb Factory installed on my computer yet. The option is to quit or authorize, if I choose authorize it says "can't find I lok" and then it shuts down Pro Tools before it can open. Anybody know what the problem might be?? Members rinkrat6821
I'm new as well, and wish I knew how to use all the plugins but I simply hit "quit" on all of the popups and it takes you to protools. Afterwards just go to file in order to open a new session.

Members nerol1st
Do this: Go to Hardrive/library/application support/digidesign and find the plug in folder. Remove any that you don't want/ can't authorize or move them to the unused folder.
