  1. Late '70s Westbury Standard in Cherry. Mahogony body, set neck, upgraded tuners (Grovers) and original Dimarzio Super Distortion/PAF. (coil tap on bridge pickup) A few war wounds but great condtition for it's age. Has a really solid, 70's made case. One of these went (without case) on Ebay last week for
  2. Epiphone Les Paul Custom 'Black Beauty' 3 pickup model, rewired to standard Les Paul operation with Wilkinson PAFs in the bridge/neck. Middle pickup disconnected (easily reversable). Really nice fat sound, Very good condition, a couple of "battle scars" typical of a gigged guitar, but I've taken as much care of it as possible. Only selling due to "Upgrade" ().
  3. Those things are mental! Right, it seems to be stuck in the pitch memory mode somehow, from looking at the manual....
  4. Alright chaps and chapesses, i usually post at HCAF but I thought here would be good for this problem.. My TU2 has packed up, on power up it displays a P for a few seconds, and then will not do anything else! The tuner/mute mode will not engage at all. The only thing it will do is while the P is displayed, it will change to an 'n' and back using the Stream/Cent button. It's still allowing signal through it to the amp.... Any ideas? I have another TU2 which is fine, and a TU3 which is also fine. This is odd!
  5. Blackstar HT-Distx. Excellent condition, boxed with power supply.
  6. Got some bits and bobs to sell, Epiphone Black Beauty. really nice sounding Wilkinson PAFs in the Bridge/Neck, and the middle pickup disconnected. Got the odd little bump and that from gigging but it's actually a pretty good guitar. Would like this picked up from Dudley area for obvious reasons.

  8. FS: EM Customs REVOLUTION Looper. This is a similar kinda thing to the Voodoo Labs GCX, Soundsculpture Switchblade, RJM, CAE stuff.... Basically a midi controlled rack looper with 10 loops and 6 relay switches for amp channel changes etc. You can configure it to split your loops up so you can do the 4 cable method, with some stuff going through your FX loop, you can access loops on the fly with CC messages, you can configure the relays to be momentary or latching, and access those by CC too...so could make one a tap tempo??? http://translate.google.co.uk/translate?hl=en&sl=pl&u=http://www.emcustom.eu/&prev=/search%3Fq%3Dem%2Bcustom%26hl%3Den%26safe%3Doff%26prmd%3Dimvns&sa=X&ei=tsMGUKvoL-n80QXsrZXDDQ&ved=0CFIQ7gEwAA But yeah, a powerful machine. I'd say it's in 8.5/10 condition, it has got a couple of dinks and scratches, but that's what happens innit unfortunately. Will get some actual pics, but for now, I've thrown together a collage of the stock pics: Looking

  10. doesn't seem like it sounds very extreme in that one, and he puts the dirt and filter all the way up maybe it's a volume issue? Dont forget he's only talking into it there.... I guess if you wanna talk into it and have more distortion then you're {censored}ed, but give it some welly and it gets pretty damn filthy!
  11. should i use some kind of noise gate, or something? i was thinking that plugging a microphone into a distortion pedal wouldn't come without feedback issues. That one has a gate built in! Great pedal! the "Keef Flint" in my Prodigy tribute band has one for a bit of that "Firestarter" rasp! Oh and I dunno what demo's you've watched, but there really is a lot of distortion on tap in that pedal, to the point where it's just a wall of noise, and you can't make out words. The filter knob really helps. I don't know exactly what you're after but it certainly can get 'extreme'. The gate does a good job of keeping it in check FB wise...
  12. I've got a V-4... I haven't played it for a long time...I need to change that huh??
  13. FS: Rocktron Midi Xchange. Like the Tech 21 Midi Mouse but with added CC pedal inputs. I've only used this at rehearsals to scroll patches on my Rocktron Xpression, but I now want to control a lot more stuff, so I've picked up a Ground Control Pro instead. Never gigged. Box is a little tatty but the unit itself is 9/10. Couple little dinks but it's meant to be stepped on so.... The green dots are neon skateboard grip tape. I put it on all of my pedals for onstage visibility and grip. Although this never made the stage with me, it's pretty much the first thing I do with new pedals. It'll come off easy, but I can remove it if it really offends.

  15. The show I played with them was his Penultimate gig...I think. None of them looked happy when they came offstage to be fair, they put on a great show tho, once again. They packed up quick and {censored}ed off! Their tour manager was a bit miffed that where we'd been told to park our van was blocking them in Of course they had to wait til we'd unloaded before they could get out!
