    I have a Black Carlos Dreadnought model 231 that I bought new in the mid 80s, just played it again today and still carries a pretty rich tone. If anyone discovers any further info on Carlos I'd love to know as I don't see any info online related to the Model 231. Has all the other relevant info mentioned in prior posts (made in Korea, has a serial number), maybe a slight difference is the "CARLOS" script runs in between the tuning pegs across the headstock instead of across the top of the head.
