Simandl, or other such books and a teacher should help.
Remember, don't use a lot of force with your arm. The weight needed should come mostly from the bow itself.
Once you get used to holding the bow properly and having it completely perpendicular with the strings, try this excersize:
Set your metronome (if you have one) to around 80 BPM. Do a full down bow on the A string in the time it takes the metronome to do 4 beats. repeat for the up bow. Make sure you keep your hand/bow position in mind the whole time. Now repeat the up/down bowing like before, but let the metronome count 5 beats this time. Keep adding beats until you can't make a sound by pulling the bow that slowly. don't move on untill you can get a good, full sound at 4,5,6 or however many beats you can make it up to right now.
