Holy Sheet A lady just came running to our house in tears and needed a place to "hide" for a little bit because her boyfriend tried to choke her. So for the last 20 minutes we have been calming a hysterical neighbor and my wife is giving her a ride to her friends place. We encouaged her to contact the police when she gets a chance. Was not a big deal to us, she was embarassed and shaken up. Just got her a cold drink and told her to relax. Interesting afternoon so far. Band practice at 3:30

Hi, I am down to .25 xanax a day at bedtime only. Several people told me not to get hooked on that {censored}. I am waiting on the UPS truck to hit the house and maybe deliver my H2. 1.25 was the full day's dosage. That like a .25 w brekkie, a .25 w lunch, .25 w dinner, .25 at practice, .25 at bedtime. Yeah, I am easing up now and have follow up w John Hopkins shrink next week. Thanks for the support.
