Incorrect. TB is a little to snobby for most of us. We'd all get banned too quickly.
There is
Ebassist and
Musicians Central.
Accounts created with the same user name on both forums.
I don't recognize the name. A shame too, I'm coming to your town in a few weeks. There's going to be a GTG for forumites at another forumites gig, you should come too.
When and where?

I won't even pretend to understand how your health care works.
I was stating that people DO have the choice to go work elsewhere. If a company becomes that bad to work at (sweat shops, as posted in the other post) it won't be around long.
GM is at a point where they are about to claim Chapter 11. What would you say is better, having lower benefits or no benefits.

seems like the plan is to demolish the UAW, effectively making auto-manufacturing plants like third world sweat-shops....
The union needs to be broken. When 34 cents of every dollar spent manufacturing a car goes to pay for people that are retired and 28 cents covers the metal there is something wrong.
We don't need unions anymore. If someone feels they are being unfairly treated they can find another job. The companies that supposedly take advantage of people will go out of business because they would have no employees.
