Four chords - nonstop F (barre pos I) - C (barre pos III) - Dm (barre pos V) - A# (barre pos VI) repeat until your attention span wanes. same progression for both melody and bridge. I just use a couple different arpeggios that work for me, thumping the bass and pinking out some 3-string pops and some tink-tink-tink's.
