I think they are one of the best values Gibson has had in a long time. Someone here should start a club for SG Classics. And btw I never got an Aslan rating for my Classic. Not that that applies to your guitar or anything, though. Nice score, man, that's pretty much the only SG I've ever genuinely loved. Sorry to bump up this old thread, but yes! At the time of the post it didn't seem so but they are up at musiciansfriend http://guitars.musiciansfriend.com/product/Gibson-SG-Classic-Electric-Guitar-with-P90-Pickups?sku=517127 I sort of bought it in a stupid time (It cost almost as much as a new one), but then the guitar is awesome and has amazing pickups, love the tuners, etc etc... risk totally payed off.
