Members dunnoaname Posted August 18, 2009 Members Share Posted August 18, 2009 I clean my fretboard every time i change strings. I use lemon juice to get the muck off. After using the lemon juice my fretboard usually feels kind of dry, so I oil it. I Guess if you never use cleaners on your fretboard, there is not much need for oil, as finger grease is good enough.
