Members slashfacepalm
Odd, it has a design similar to the Gibson headstock logo, but has a Framus Panthera-like body (as denoted on the pickguard).
Members slashfacepalm
Look here:http://www.vintaxe.com/boards/viewtopic.php?t=135Your guitar is a Framus Missouri 5/60.Framus numbers can be read as follows:5 = Guitar5/60 = Model52 = the number of pickups, in your case 2I'm not sure about the L. The 5/60 came in 5/60Eb and 5/60EL variants so you probably have the EL. I think Eb was the sunburst finish and EL was the natural finish that your guitar displays. There should also be numbers on the label that will tell you the date of manufacture. It will be a combination of a number and a letter. The letters correspond to the month. For example:65 = Year producedB = FebruaryIf you can't find this code, I can tell you the 5/60 was introduced around 1960 and continued until 1977. Since your's has the additional EL on the label it is probably 1965 or later.Value in the U.S. is around $450-$650 USD depending on condition.
