Can't speak specifically towards the KA (have 2 VJs here), but I'm impressed with the bang for the buck you get from the $30 Danelectro Fish and Chips eq pedal ....... seems very "neutral" afa tone sucking, at least in front of a VJ. I'd recommend it, but then again, I'm a cheap bassturd. As impressed as I am with the Danelectro eq, then SURELY there are much better (albeit pricier) pedals on the market.
