Members Bookumdano2
And it took me so long to create it so many years ago. The pain, the agony. How could geocities end this way? Oh well. R.I.P Never did figure out how to delete it anyway.http://geocities.com/gtrzoid27/
Members blue2blue
I had some stuff on Geocities at one point. I had a RealMedia slideshow/video thing that Geocities actually used as an example of what you could do with a Geocities site. Or something. I was never exactly clear on that but they were nice enough to tell me they'd mentioned my little slideshow and linked to it. It was really dorky (but cool in a dorky way, I thought I got a lot out of the handful of features available in RM slideshows, which I think was mostly crossfades and panning. Not sure when that would have been, '97 maybe? My first 'multimedia' content had been in '95, 17 seconds of really, really lo fi audio in 8 bit mono 22kHz WAV format. Not as long ago on the calendar as it seems in net-years... in my mind, that first multimedia website (on AOfreakinL, no less) was about contemporary with my first job, car and girlfriend... Time warp, to be sure.
