B52s, Lena Lovich, some others that I can't quite recall. Who knew? Yoko was an influence! I bought her SEASON OF GLASS LP, and even had a 12" dance mix of her "KISS, KISS, KISS" Nowadays I take a little umbrage when people put her down (as a person) in an unconsidered, kneejerk fashion, like so many standup comics....
