Members panther_king
Seen the video before and I think it's a fun trick on a jazz-box or acoustic for a kind of 'uke' sound. I don't really do it myself, but I could see it coming in handy for studio use to get the effect for some things. I do use a piece of foam at the top of the fretboard for a string damper though, for lead runs and songs where I won't play and open notes. Members notjonahbutnoah
Well that was fun. Talk about something to just make everyone stare at you for awhile, and then be really happy afterwards. I wanna learn that.

Members thehikingdude
Flash Back from about 30 years ago. During my classical guitar phase there was a song that I played that required the detuning of the 6th and 5th strings, then you twisted them together and plucked them with the thumb. Sounded a LOT like a loose snare drum.
