Professional guitar setup in N. Dallas area / what to ask?

Anyone in the North Dallas area (Plano, Frisco, McKinney) know of any good guitar techs to do a setup on my guitar?

 

If not, what are good "qualifying" questions to ask to make sure they know what they are doing? I don't want to either pay for a half-ass job or worse, have someone screw up the neck or frets.

 

I've tried setting my Les Paul Studio to factory specs myself and am getting some string buzz. I'm not experienced enough to know how much buzz is acceptable for low-action playability or what to do to get rid of it if there's too much buzz (other than raise the bridge, but then it would be higher than 5/64 or 6/64).
