The PhatCat is a cool pickup, I played one in a Hamer Newport (which is an incredible guitar in its own right) and really liked the sounds I was able to get. And you know how sometimes you can tell just by looking at it that an instrument is well-made with top-notch fit and finish? Yeah, that's definitely true in this case.
