Members spoonie g
I have a stratocaster that I bought that has a 12 db midrange boost (I think it was a powerhouse strat) that I replaced the pickups with lindy fralin vintage hots, and I absolutely love the guitar. It can go from super thin funk to almost humbucker like thickness. I would love to have a telecaster with the same setup, but I can't find a comparable line in the fender series. Is there something out there like it I am overlooking or maybe somewhere I could have it made?

Members cratz2
I'd post an ad on craiglist to see if anyone has a used Clapton boost for sale. I've seen them listed as low as $25 as a lot of folks don't like them. I think I have one somewhere... not interested in selling it, but it came with a wired pickguard I bought for the pickups. The guy had three Clapton strats and had removed the mid boost kid from all of them.
