Members GAS Man
Yes. The weird part for me is that I've been out of love with Strats now for a while. I'm basically into a solid body Gibson and Fender Telecaster mode these days. For some reason, I just seem to be a bit pissed off at Strats right now and I have no idea why. They're still probably my favorite electric guitar if called to testify, but lately I've been preferring deeper tones and simpler designs. But my bigger semi-hollows are my most neglected boys. I drool over them in the looks and conceptual areas, but I just don't like the bulk of them for my playing style. Vs and Explorers also get ignored a bit too, but I'm still fond of all my children. Some are just victims of neglect.
Members Spirithawk
Yep, I have a Strat, an Lp, a Semi-hollowbody and an acoustic. Any given day will find me favoring one over the others. Just depends on how I feel and the mood I'm in.
Members chuck1016
All the time!! Right now I can't figure out why my beloved strat sounds so weak and plunky while my semi (Now with surf 90s) sounds so rockabilly-rific. As aggravating as this can be at times, it completely justifies having many more guitars They all have their time and place.
