Members MyEmergency
So friday a guy is coming out to my place to check out a possible trade for my Fender Classic Player Jaguar and he is bringing with him as trade bait a USA made Reverend Rocco in mahogany. Just curious on what peoples opinions of reverends are, I have always been fascinated with the cool designs but have never played one, but I figure it's an extremely solid trade on my end and I don't jive well with the short scale of the jag like I thought I would. Here is my Jag Heres the reverend (sorry for the tiny pic)

Members billybilly
I'd do it. I can't play anything less than a 25inch scale comfortably though, so I'm bias. Besides, it's very unique and a keeper.
Members Alecto
I'd say make the trade. MiA Reverends aren't being made anymore and they always got great reviews. The only potential downside is that the necks are too skinny for my taste but that's just me.
Members etl423
I'd definitely do it. My Slingshot is my most consistently played and loved guitar and has been for almost 10 years. Even if you hate it you should be able to sell it for the price of a NEW CP Jaguar.
Members photon9
I'm piling on in favor of the reverend. I have a first year korean jetstream and it's been my go to guitar since I got it, despite getting into higher end stuff the past year or so. It plays great, sounds great, is unique yet classy, just an all-around great guitar. I'd love a US Reverend at some point. Hope the other dude doesn't get cold feet. That's the only thing I'd be worried about with this trade.
Members sxyryan
I'd love to have that jag, but I'd probably make that trade, myself, for the reasons already given.
