Parts Guitar Assembly Concern

I changed bridges on my parts guitar, and it appears that the Strings are not quite spaced evenly , and by that I mean, theres a littel more space on the Low E than there is on the high E ( between the strings and the fret edge).
Its not much , but just enough to bug me.
Ive tried loosening and retightening, and it just wnats to come to rest right where it stays now.
I know I can remove the neck and dowel and redrill, but I sincerely am not going to go to the trouble at this point.
QUESTION; do the strings have to be absolutely perfectly centered( for intonation or what not)?
The neck is now stable, screws are tight to the body . Can I leave it as is?

It's probably fine.

Can you post a pic?

What you might consider is slacking the strings, loosening the neck screws and shifting the neck (by pushing the headstock) ever so slightly in the direction needed and then retighten the neck screws while maintaining pressure in the proper direction.. Note that with a tight neck pocket this could cause a finish crack under the neck pocket.
