Members JoeBoy
Slowly the stars of my youth are dimming and turning to dust. Rest in Peace Ray Manzarek.
Members wankdeplank
Never would have guessed that it was the musical genius behind the Doors you were referring to. I just didn't realize he was sick let alone that he was seventy four years of age. Huge Doors fan and his Hammond really defined the Doors sound IMO. I actually went to see him perform solo, not so long after Jim passed (ten years maybe). Seemed like a really terrific guy. RIP Mr Manzarek. Members bee3
RIP... although it wasn't a Hammond. It was a Vox Continental.
