Members staticsound
I've been on a Bon Jovi kick here lately. Have a listen...the pinched vocal sound is intentional, trying to get the "Bon Jovi" effect, lol.http://picosong.com/R9DZ/

Members Masklin
Out of curiosity, does Jon himself sing the highest chorus notes in chest or hed? Your transitions are reeeaaally smooth, almost can't tell they're there. But generally you seemed to switch timbers at G4 or so - But you've sung Bb4 in chest before, I seem to recall. What made you choose this particular approach in this cover? Oh and, awesome job. I listened to the first chorus several times, in awe of how on pitch it was. Members staticsound
Dude, I have no idea what "mode" I'm in anymore, lol. It all feels like chest in that G4-B4 area, but I'm not belting it out like I would if I was pulling chest up that high. I think somewhere down the line, I stumbled on the mix voice thing? As far as the timbre change, I guess it's just switching gears to get into that part of my register. That last chorus on the out took a couple punch ins
