Members MephistoE
My voice teacher says if I keep my chin down and move my head it should stop me from singing from my neck, but it's never really worked for me. For some reason today I am just stuck in my throat unless I wanna do pure headvoice... Any advice?
Members Tburn
I would love to go to a live show and see a singer do that all through out the set.
Members staticsound
Do you mean the muscles in your neck are straining? Try doing octave sirens while shaking your head back and forth like your saying "no". Sounds stupid, but it'll take the strain out of your neck. And yes, I would love to go to a show and see the singer do that the entire set, lol

Seems to be working for me this morning but it's too early to make noise. I'm just keeping my head down. I'll try it at practice later today. Thanks.
