Members jr_vw2
I am a newly aspiring metal vocalist I have been surfing and searching the net over. I have come across some good info but also seems to be A TON of conflicting advice. I thought about picking up The Zen of Screaming, but again I have heard a lot of conflicting advice. as of right now I am mostly working on technique so I dont damage my voice, but I am wanting to know all that I can about the style. Thanks
Members DukeOfBoom
if you get the zen of screaming, get the Disc 2. the disc 1 blows. that's all there is for growls.
Members staticsound
Melissa Cross' {censored} is lame, true the first one was worse than the second. She BRIEFLY touches on "fire" and "heat" voice. Don't waste your money..
Members grace_slick
I once watched a bit of that Melissa Cross stuff, and thought it was lame as well. Didn't help me. Hey jr, congrats on spelling "aspiring" right this time. lol.
