Members percyexpat Posted February 28, 2006 Author Members Share Posted February 28, 2006 how do effects sound with the semi hollow bass? distortion, fuzz, reverb, delay. im thinking itd be nice, if used appropriately of course as is the case with anything. im experimenting with heaps of reverb and delay on my bass at the moment and its sounding lovely, albeit VST effects. I have what looks to be the same bass, or very very close, in black, and it's actually quite nice, playable, with a much better sound than I expected. Even the old cheapoid single coils aren't as noisy as I expected.
