Members Lefty Geek
I'll be there next week. Hopefully the weather will be hot since the pools at the Flamingo are supposed to be great. Any recommendations for cool bars (not nightclubs)?
Members Taustin Powers
On Friday nights they have an 80's party at the House of Blues in the Mandalay Bay. (Well, at least they did last year and the year before...better double check.) It's more dancing than lounging at a bar, I guess but it's the silly, fun kind of dancing where people don't take themselves so seriously and feel like they need to be grinding one another all the time. As for a non-dancing place, check out the Caramel...it's either in the Bellagio or Caesar's Palace, can't remember which one (thinking Bellagio). Small little lounge, no cover charge. Pricy though. For ridiculous amounts of money (like $200?), you will get a "VIP table" with a bottle of Grey Goose and mixers, and a hot girl who will pour your glasses...way too pricey for me, but the option is there if you're into it. Otherwise you can just hang out in there and chill and drink. Pretty comfy little place. For food, I would recommend that all-you-can-eat buffet at the Luxor...of the handful I tried the two times I was there, it was by far the best, and I think it was cheaper than the others, too. A fun afternoon past time to just hang out, be jolly and get hammered would be the Hofbraeuhaus. Always a good time, and great drinks & food. Members Taustin Powers
NY NY has a nice casino too, its vibe is a little mellower than most of the others. Btw, you probably know this, but as long as you're actually playing somewhere, the cocktail girls will bring you free drinks (of course, at least $1 tip is customary). Good way to get drunk cheap is to just sit at a nickel slot machine or something, throw in 5 cents every 5-10 minutes or so, and "look busy". As long as it somewhat appears that you are gambling, they will come by and ask for your order. This works better in some casinos than others. I found that the girls at the Bellagio were the most attentive and quick at getting drinks.

Plus you can siot there with your buddies at a table instead of infront of a slot maching. My friend did that one time and sat at the table 15 hours, got hammered and walked away with $500 after starting with $100.
Members NV43345
Pure at ceasers is loaded with Hot Tail. The Pussycat Doll's have a lounge at Pure also. NY NY is allot of fun. Chin Chin is great for Chinese. As for Hookers for your party, go to the sports bar at the Flamingo across the street, ask for Sasha, petite Blonde, sweedish, smokin hot.If you can't find her, go to the Rio and ask for Maxine at the barby the slot area. Tall Bombshell Blonde. She will call some other"A" list girls and get your guys hooked up. Have fun.

And just have your friends occupy the machines around you, it makes the area look "busier" anyways. I see what you're saying though, sitting at the table is probably more fun, I just don't know much about gambling, and I am extremely cheap since everything else is so expensive in Vegas. Now it's like $35+ per person at the Rio seafood buffet. Or did it go up to $40? It's been a couple of years since I went last... Still love the Paris buffet

CMS Author Craig Vecchione Posted March 24, 2006 CMS Author Share Posted March 24, 2006 Just so happens I spent a long weekend in Vegas a few weeks ago. Saw Bon Jovi at the MGM, to my great surprise, one of the best shows I've ever seen. Stayed at Wynn, which somehow was one-third the price of Bellagio, and one f'in incredible joint. It was also colder there than here....it snowed the day I arrived. Yes, snow. Never got above
