I would never buy a "scratch and dent" item from a website that won't tell me what the "scratch" or "dent" is, no matter how reputable they may be.

 

What if it has a giant gouge across the front? Their version of "minor" must just be different than yours. :rolleyes:

 

I would certainly buy one if I could inspect it though, just for the record.

It's basically just a license to sell terribly mauled up, but "functional" instruments, claiming they're minor. I just don't like that they give you zero leeway.
