Members LoC Posted October 2, 2007 Members Share Posted October 2, 2007 Hello all, I have come across an Ampeg PR 210H 300w RMS/600w Program and I am pretty sure it is 8 ohms but I will double check later. The point is I currently own an Ampeg Classic Series 4x10 and 2x12 with an SVT-III Pro. I have the sound I want pretty well, but as I read some reviews of the PR 212 I am wondering if it is fatter and thicker. I wouldn't complain about more thickness and tightness. I play funk, heavy metal, classic rock mainly but I just love a super thick, tight, punching sound. Has anyone any experience with the aforementioned cabinet? Would it be worth it for $300 or less?
