Members Goofball Jones
Dr. Strangelove. Though it's in black and white...so the kids won't want to see it. It's also made more than 5 years ago, so the kids won't want to see it and it doesn't star Adam Sandler, so the kids won't want to see it. It's also an intelligently written movie, so the kids won't want to see it. Maybe if they remade it today with Adam Sandler playing all the Peter Sellers parts and it was directed by the guys that did "There's Something About Mary" and have lines in it like "Gentlemen, you can't fart in here, this is the war-room" the kids may go see it. Members flatcat
Wow, the only movie I think I'd disagree with on the AFI's list is "Titanic". I hated that movie. For an excellent Titanic film, see "A Night to Remember". Some of those movies are really incredible..."In The Heat of the Night", just great. "On The Waterfront"...", "Bridge on the River Kwai", "To Kill a Mockingbird"...all just so great, I haven't seen those in a while. "Psycho" and "The Birds" might be on my list from Hitchcock. The movie "M" is really great too, with Peter Lorre. "The Blue Angel" also. Love the mid-war Weimar Republic-era German cinema...
