Members slapthefunkyfour
I learned that a plasma tv must be kept in an upright position. If you lay it down in your car for transport, or if the box is stored at any angle greater than 15 degrees, the colors get screwed up, and it's unrepairable. I'm waiting for the lawsuit about hanging the plasma tv on the ceiling like in the commercials, when in reality it destroys the television. Members SA Rios
Rear projection LCD is what I have. A 55" Hitachi. I would avoid DLP. My buddy has one and it sucks when its bright in the room. They always have to close of their blinds when they watch TV in the day light. LCD does not have this problem. My picture is crisp and clear no matter how much light is in the room.
