Members misterhinkydink
It's a 1966-68, solid-state Ampeg with two 15s in a column configuration. Does it have the electroluminescent conrol panel?
Members poorboy
Yes it does.Other than someone spraying the grill cloth black, this thing is in fantastic condition. No tears in the tolex, leather handle in great shape, all chanels work, original speakers and dolly. Members misterhinkydink
The "panelescent" panel would make it a '68. My service manual doesn't list the BT-15C but it does have the BT-15 at 65WRMS. The two preamps use FETs in the front end which was advanced at the time. How does it sound? Members poorboy
From what I read in the Ampeg book it's 100watts RMS 240 Peak.It doesn't have GOBS of lows but it does have the Ampeg "round" tone. That's a '67 in the pic, I didn't know they had the glowing panel then. The dolly's a good thing. How much? Edit: I missed the panel pic. It is a '68.
