Members bassman1956
Don't convert it before hand. Put it as American (or whatever) cash on a debit or ATM card. Then when she withdrawls, she'll then get the best exchange rate, into the local currency.
Members The Aardvark
Thanks everyone for your responses. Don't convert it before hand. Put it as American (or whatever) cash on a debit or ATM card. Then when she withdrawls, she'll then get the best exchange rate, into the local currency. We've been considering this just so she isn't carrying a lot of cash, but why would the exchange rate be better?
