The noodles are always far to soggy. I always forget what I'm doing and start playing the bass or something else and I forget about the noodles so they get way over cooked. Think quiche, but with REAL FLAVOR!!!!!Bolognese Lasagna - About 2 hours prep. Won't work without the wine.Homemade Pizza - Make your own crust too. Don't put too much cheese on. I like green peppers, ham and pineapple.De-boned stuffed Rock Cornish Hens. - People will think you are a cooking God! Got several stuffing recipes that work well.
