Members Derek5272
Does any manufacturer make a 0.140 bass string? My 5 string is only a 34" scale, and I have the low string tuned down to a Bb, and it is very floppy... I'm assuming the stock string is just 0.130 (have not restrung it yet), and I'm not sure if just a 0.135 will be heavy enough.

Members RedsFan75
D'addario makes a .145 I know, I got mine from Just Strings. The D'addarios are much stiffer than the others I was using, so I like it a lot.
