Members poomwah
hey man, turnaround on most repairs is about 3 days or so. the cost is gonna depend on what's going on with it. what exactly is it doing /not doing? also, fwiw, i may have a mij ce-3 up for sale pretty cheap here shortly it was in pieces when I got it, the plunger for the switch is missing, and the knobs... but with it apart you can obviously push the switch. The Led doesn't come on and the sound doesn't change, you just get clean sound either way. is that ce-3 modified? I just found out that you sell fuzz pedals, so I'd like to make a pedal board with as much guttermouth stuff as I can :]
Members GreaserMatt
Just say no to DOD pedals. The CE-5 is a standard pretty much I'd say. Though if you want a serious chorus look at Voodoo Labs. +1 the plate on those DOD'd has broken on me more than once. I'm a huge fan of Boss pedals. Their old 2 knob chorus pedal is the {censored}... Members poomwah
well I missed out on the vintage ibby. so its looking like either a ce-5 or a guttermouths ce-
Members JxMxFxPx
The Roland DC-30 chorus/echo is a really good one, so is the Rockman Stereo chorus, but pricey nowadays... The VL is outstanding Nothing wrong with a Boss CE-2 or an Ibby CS-
Members poomwah
are the danelectro milkshakes any good? I know it shouldn't matter , but they look cool
Members Poltergeist
they sound cool, but you'd be better of with a good Boss pedal, imo. if you can find a used Boss CE-2b, i'd say go for it. they usually go for relatively cheap, and they were the best i used, to my ears, and theyre obviously built like tanks.
