Members Chelsea
Hi everyone.. this is my first post! Has anyone here swapped out the pickups on their SG bass? I have a 2006 SG reissue. I'm not too knowledgeable on the topic, but I've done as much internet searching as I'm capable of and could not find a manufacturer that makes direct replacements for both the neck humbucker and the mini bridge humbucker. More specifically, I'm looking for something that's not nickel. I think I'd be happier with something with a plastic cover. I'm waiting to have my new bridge installed and figured I would try to get this out of the way simultaneously so I don't have to pay for two setups. Thanks for any help you might be able to offer! Members fretless
not 100% sure but I think there are a few who make them , I thought Seymour Duncan used too but couldn't find them , and it looks like the DiMarzio Model one will fit the neck . http://www.dimarzio.com/site/#/pickups/ and welcome to the forum
Members jannda
Someone obviously makes them because Gibson And Epiphone use them and I'm sure they don't make there own.
