Members Flatball
Delbert McClinton - his funk & blues stuff: Shakey Ground, Squeeze Me In, You Make It Hard and lots more. My band is now doing Shakey Ground. Man, If I had a voice like that I'd quit my job.

It explores some of his old blues (me, your memory and the blues), his country/songwriter skills (into Mexico) and his inimitable own-style for the rest. http://www.amazon.com/Cost-Living-Delbert-McClinton/dp/B0009XEA3G

Man, If I had a voice like that I'd quit my job. He's got some really good stuff! We do "Every time I roll the Dice' and 'Why Me' - both of which are more country-rock, but still feature his unique style, what a voice. I got the chance to see him last year here in Vegas, small room, but it was absolutely packed. I hated his bass players tone, more Ampeg-y than the modern sounds on his newer recordings, and the player didn't seem to have the same skillz/vibe. All in all, though, it was very much worth the $$ for the ticket!

Members Tolka
Does anyone know if he has a purely blues album out. I bought his "Honkey Tonk and Blues" album thinking it was just that. While I like it, it was more on the country side, which was n't what I was expecting.
