Members mlwarriner Posted February 17, 2010 Members Share Posted February 17, 2010 I played it a bunch and I have to say my favorite basses for this amp are a P with broken in rounds and my hollowbody. I look forward to giving the amp a clean bill of health and then giving it a go with an extension cab. I suspect I'll like it even more when the upper mids and lower treble get a chance to speak a bit more. several years back, i was in california, and got to play on ely's fliptop, with his old-school p bass. it was as though sex had come to life. nice score patrick.
