Members Bryan316
What do you need this thin mic for? What's the application? Hiding it somewhere inconspicuous, or just want the Bob Barker look?
Members mark7171
thanks, its the ecm 51 by sony. there are none to be found now. it was a very popular vocal mic and does not suck. it is coveted among radio and dj's. they are valued btween $250 - and up. Members WynnD
One constant problem for singers is covering their faces with a microphone. The rap artists seem the worst offenders.

Members WynnD
I did two very full days of sound for musicians during the DNC. Those rappers were actually singing(?). The DJ's output was on a different channel. I can't speak for all of them, but the ones here were the real deal. And most of them were pretty good and some were particularly creative. (Night Kitchen comes to my mind. Violin and trumpet jazz oriented music with male and female rappers. Great combination.)
