Members MainEventSound
We own 2x of the MC 32/12 consoles, and I like them except for NO "Mute" lights. You have to feel if the channel is on or off.
Members bassred
I have used all three. The Yamaha is great for the money, but I've never really enjoyed mixing on it. The Venice is a strange beast, and not worth the cost IMHO. So, much like the little bear, the one in the middle is just right. Although I would suggest the GL2400, which has a nice feel and sound and great routing options!
Members Coaster
the 2400 is a no brainer as the 2200 is getting long in the tooth
Members Jay Swieringa
I have a Venice 320 and just love it. The response of the EQ to me is well worth its shortcomings. I've run a GL3300 and was not impressed with the sound, not very warm at all. I just starting using a GB8, I feel its comparable to the Venice, just a lot larger. We move around alot in small clubs so the Venice has been great. I have no problem getting enough sound out of the board, every fader is at or under unity. I split the vocals and instruments into the 4 sub groups L/R for each group, and it works fine.
