Members IsildursBane Posted February 21, 2004 Members Share Posted February 21, 2004 A month or two ago, the studio tech guy at school got me in touch with a guy who runs sound at one of the more popular club/restaurant venues in Rochester. In the last couple weeks, I've started taking over some of his work behind the board so that he can focus on other aspects of managing the shows. This past Saturday, he had me do all the FOH stuff for Bo Diddley and this Tuesday, I'll be doing the same for Sonny Landreth. At this point, he's still supervising me, but he said that if I show over the next couple weeks that I can handle any of the surprises that come up, I'll be flying solo. -Dan.
